I bought a terrible studio apartment with the intention of reselling it, and I renovated it. This is the final result.

The protagonist of our story is a young investor who purchased a one-bedroom apartment, not to live in, but with the goal of quickly reselling it and making a profit.

Her decision was well-considered: she knew that the key to success would be a proper interior renovation, capable of increasing the property’s value and attracting potential buyers.

The apartment needed a complete renovation, as the interior was in poor condition. Old floors, outdated fixtures, and worn furniture made the space gloomy and unattractive.

To transform this neglected interior into a modern, functional, and elegant space, the investor decided to rely on an experienced interior designer.

Entrance Area

From the moment she entered, the apartment was immediately noticeable as it had acquired a new character. The color palette throughout the space was chosen in light, neutral tones, which visually enhance the perception of spaciousness and convey a sense of freshness.

The floors were covered with light laminate in warm tones, and the walls were painted white. The front door was enhanced with elegant mirrored inserts, further enhancing the sense of space.

On the right is an open black coat rack, and underneath is a comfortable bench with space for shoes.

The space between the kitchen and the main area of the apartment is occupied by a large white cabinet with elegant black handles, combining functionality and aesthetics.

The kitchen was designed in perfect harmony with the rest of the apartment. The same materials were used as the living room, creating a cohesive and thoughtful visual effect. On the left side, near the entrance, is a custom kitchen with a modern and unusual design.

Its minimalist shape and carefully chosen colors make the space not only functional but also pleasing to the eye.

The living room has been transformed into a bright and spacious area, where excessive furniture or decorations do not overwhelm the space. The walls were prepared for paintable wallpaper, allowing for easy color changes in the future.

Opposite the entrance is a tall, roomy wardrobe that reaches the ceiling. Next to it, a comfortable workspace has been arranged, allowing for efficient use of space in a small apartment.

A double bed in warm beige tones, with an upholstered headboard, sits by the window. The wall behind the bed is decorated with decorative panels, lending an elegant, modern touch to the space.

By the window is a comfortable, minimalist vanity with a large mirror, ideal for daily grooming and makeup, which also serves as a decorative element.

The entire layout of the apartment combines functionality and aesthetics. Thanks to carefully selected materials, modern furnishings, and a light palette, even a small space conveys a sense of luxury and comfort.

The project demonstrates how a well-thought-out idea and carefully planned details can completely transform an interior, preparing it for a profitable sale.
